NEW! 6-hour Alexander Technique Workshop – March 2, 2024

Join us for a 6 hour Alexander Technique Workshop

Saturday, March 2, 2024, 1:00 – 5:00 pm, and 7:00 – 9:00 pm

This workshop will be open to any student, trainee or teacher who is interested in learning about or deepening their understanding of the Alexander Technique.  The Saturday evening class 7 -9 will be a class dedicated to applying the Alexander work directly into the activities of our lives, according to the interests of each student, from performance activities such as playing an instrument, singing, acting, or dancing, or any daily activity such as computer work, walking, running, cycling, or any exercise (yoga, Pilates, conditioning exercises or physiotherapy exercises).

Fee: $150.00; All are welcome (Artists may have a 10% discount).
