Working alongside others in a supportive setting, you’ll explore principles of ease, coordination, and balance through shared activities and individualized guidance. Suitable for all levels.

Monthly Saturday Night Group Classes

Thinking in Action is a practical, hands-on Alexander Technique lesson where participants work with real activities such as movement, performance, or everyday tasks to develop greater ease, coordination, and awareness. Open to all and especially valuable for performers, the lesson supports more efficient movement, reduced tension, and improved physical function in both studio practice and daily life.
