Thinking in Action

Develop Ease, Awareness and Coordination in Movement and Performance

book a class

This class focuses on practical, hands-on application. It is most effective when you bring a specific activity to work with in the studio such as physical exercises (including sports, running or Pilates), computer-based tasks, speaking, singing or playing a musical instrument.

Thinking in Action is an Alexander Technique class that helps participants move with greater ease, awareness, and coordination. The class is perfect people that are new to Alexander Technique but also performers making it a dynamic environment for anyone interested in refined, efficient movement.

While it is open to all, the class is particularly valuable for performers and anyone who wants to optimize their movement, reduce tension, and improve physical function both on stage and in daily life.
